This is the story of one very annoying Blabber.

Almost all my Blabbers were easy to make. Not this one. I felt the need to make visitors aware of the effort that went into this website.

First, a little background information is needed. To make a Blabber on my computer is always somewhat time-consuming. The microphone stinks, so even if I yell it comes out just above a whisper. Therefore, I have to use the Sound Recorder program , then upload the audio. And because I don't do well winging it, I have to write the lines out on a Notepad document. Then I have to record myself reading the lines and save the file. Without actually hearing it, might I add. Because-lucky me- Sound Recorder has no playback feature! After I record it, it comes out as a wma file, which Blabberize won't accept. So I have to run the sound file through an online audio converter to make it a wav or mp3 file. (Here's the link to the converter I used, by the way. It's handy to have bookmarked.) Then I have to figure out where the heck the computer saved the file after downloading it, move it to a location I can find, and upload the file to Blabberize. If it didn't come out right, I have to start all over again. Most of them only take one do-over to get it right. This one took 4! Here they are as Audioboo widgets, along with the reasons they didn't work.

My first try. Blabberize only supports files that are 2 MB or smaller. This one was too big- a.k.a too long. Back to the script- need to cut out a few pieces.
First try rock agama - wav (mp3)

Still too long. Back to the script once again.
Second try Rock agama- wav (mp3)

Small enough, but the beginning is way too quiet. Start over again, and speak up.
Third try Rock agama- wav (mp3)

This one's perfect, except that "user" got cut off the end. One last try- pronouncing all the words so I don't miss any.
Fourth try Rock agama- mp3 (mp3)

Finally- one that came out decently. This is the one that you hear in the Blabber.
Fifth try Rock agama- wav (mp3)
